Absolutely not. This is not a fad diet, calorie counting, or a macro counting plan. The focus is on incorporating more nutritious whole foods in a delicious way. I provide mindful eating techniques and habit formation tools so nutrition gets simpler and simpler for you over time. If you have a food sensitivity, you may need to give up that specific food in order to heal. But I'll always give you delicious swaps so you never feel like you’re sacrificing! Because what’s life without treats, right?

Great question! The training for CNS is very similar to Registered Dietitian (RD) training. CNS is an advanced certification for personalized nutrition that requires a Master's degree or higher in nutrition education. It’s the only path to state licensure for practicing medical nutrition therapy besides being an RD. We also have to complete a 1000 hour supervised internship and continuing education credits to maintain this designation. 

What is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS)? 

I can’t guarantee results because it is ultimately in your power to commit to this program and apply what you learn. This isn’t a quick fix. That said, I can guarantee I’ll put everything I’ve got—my skills, research, attention, tools, strategies, and passion—into helping you reach your goals. Your goals are my goals.
